Part engineering
Design and manufacturing details
Material options include 42CrMo and SUJ2 alloy steels, with quenching, nitriding or hard chrome plating selected for the drawing and operating conditions. CNC turning, internal and external cylindrical grinding, and honing are used to produce the specified dimensions and surface finish. Drawing-specific components can be machined to ±0.002 mm with surface roughness Ra 0.1–0.4 μm. Matched-pair clearances and sealing surfaces are reviewed for reciprocating motion, cone sealing and flow-control functions. Components are made to drawing for cartridge valves, servo valves, piston pumps, hydraulic cylinders, injection-molding machinery, agricultural machinery and construction equipment.
- Precision-machined mating surfaces
- Process selection for high-pressure hydraulic applications
- Custom non-standard geometry
