FAQ

Questions buyers ask first

Quantities, lead times, materials, precision and reports, answered before you send a drawing.

Quoting and orders

What should I send to get a quote?

Send your drawing with the material, quantity and any finishing, plating or inspection requirements. A link to the drawing is enough to start. We review the drawing before confirming a process route and price.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Order quantities generally start at 10–50 pieces depending on the component. The four listed railway, robot reducer, automotive and electronic product families normally start at 50 pieces. Please discuss hydraulic components, prototypes and smaller batches with us.

Do you work from OEM drawings?

Yes. We machine from your drawings or samples and can work with customer-supplied material or source material for the order. Component development can include sample measurement, drawing preparation, process optimization and prototype iterations. Our scope is precision components, rather than complete machine, control-system or software development.

How is pricing calculated?

We offer quantity-based pricing and can discuss repeat-order or volume pricing. Quotes cover the applicable packaging, shipping and tax costs. Raw material prices and exchange rates can affect quotations; the agreed scope and commercial terms are confirmed for each order.

Can I order samples before production?

Yes. Samples can be produced and shipped for approval before a production run. Sample charges apply; any refund arrangement is agreed with the order. Samples and production parts follow the agreed drawing and approval requirements.

Production

How long do samples and production take?

Typical sample and production lead time is 20–30 days. The exact time depends on the part, material and quantity, and is confirmed per order.

What production capacity do you have?

The 7,000 m² facility has two main workshops, six production lines and more than 100 machines. Monthly capacity exceeds 100,000 parts, depending on part complexity.

Which materials can you machine?

Aluminum alloys, copper, alloy steel, stainless steel, engineering plastics, titanium and nickel alloys. The material is chosen per part from your drawing. Automotive spools and sleeves are also made in alumina ceramics.

Can you support urgent orders and progress updates?

Expedited production and progress updates are available. Typical sample and production lead times are 20–30 days, including normal peak periods; we confirm the schedule for your part, quantity and process route.

Precision and inspection

What precision can you hold?

Typical precision is 0.005–0.01 mm. Tighter figures apply to specific product families and drawings, for example ±0.005 mm for electronic connectors and flanges, and ±0.002 mm with Ra 0.1–0.4 μm for hydraulic components. Each is confirmed against your drawing.

Can I receive inspection reports?

Material certificates, in-process inspection records and finished-part inspection reports are available. Tell us which documents, dimensions and report formats you need when requesting a quote.

Can we arrange third-party inspection?

Yes. Third-party inspection can be arranged alongside our process and finished-part checks. Share your inspection requirements and reporting scope when you request a quotation.

How is service life determined?

Service life and operating performance depend on the component design, material and application. Provide the drawing and operating requirements so that we can review the machining and inspection requirements.
